Sparkling Eppa
  • 3 oz. Eppa Sangria
  • 2 oz. Prosecco

Pour chilled ingredients into a flute glass. Garnish with green apple slices and cranberries. Cheers!

Eppa Holiday Punch
  • 2 bottles Eppa Sangria
  • 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 12 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 cup green apples
  • 1 sliced orange and lemon

Combine Eppa Sangria and Champagne with slices of apple, orange and lemons in a punch bowl. Chill for one hour to allow flavors to mesh. Pour into glasses and spread the Eppa cheer!

Eppa Peppermint Sangria
  • 1 bottle Eppa Sangria
  • ½ cup Monin peppermint syrup
  • ½ up fresh lemon juice
  • ½ bottle Prosecco or Champagne

Combine first three ingredients into a pitcher. When ready to serve, top off with the Prosecco. Pour over ice. Garnish with candy canes. Cheers!

Spiced Warm Eppa
  • 1 bottle Eppa Sangria
  • 1 red or green sweet apple
  • ¼ cup premium gold rum
  • 1/3 cup honey or sugar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 8-20 cloves
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Combine ingredients in a large pot or a slow cooker. Gently warm on low to medium heat (avoid boiling), for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the honey/sugar dissolves and ingredients have been well blended. Ladle the mulled sangria and diced apples into mugs (leave seasonings behind) and enjoy!

Eppa Simple Punch
  • 1 bottle Eppa Sangria
  • 1 green apple
  • cranberries
  • oranges or cinnamon sticks (optional)

Combine 1 bottle of Eppa Sangria and chopped apples and cranberries in a pitcher or decanter. Chill for one hour to allow flavors to mesh. Pour into glasses and spread the Eppa cheer!

EppaRita
  • 3oz. Eppa Sangria
  • 1 ½ oz. 100% Agave Silver Tequila
  • 1/16 tsp. fresh squeezed lime juice

Put the ingredients in a shaker with ice, then pour into a glass. Garnish with a lime.

Eppa-Tini
  • 3 oz. Eppa Sangria
  • 2 oz. apple juice
  • 1/16 tsp vanilla

Put ingredients in a shaker with ice, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with cranberries and apple slices. Cheers!

Girl from Eppa-nema Sangria
  • 2 oz. Eppa Sangria
  • 5 oz. fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. Cachaça (Brazilian Rum)
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 3 mint sprigs

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain in a coupe or champagne glass. Top with soda or prosecco (optional). Garnish with a mint sprig.

Shall We Dance - Eppa Sangria
  • 2.5 oz. Eppa Sangria
  • 5 oz. fresh ginger juice (or 2 muddled quarter size chunks)
  • .5 oz. apple cider
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 thyme sprigs

Combine all ingredients except for EPPA SANGRIA in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain into a collins glass over ice. Slowly pour EPPA SANGRIA over top as a float. Garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.

Eppa-phany Punch
  • 5 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. EPPA SANGRIA
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
  • 2-3 cardamom pods

In a shaker, muddle the cardamom pods. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Double strain over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
